Hey guys! This week I went to Dos Toros in NYC to grab some lunch and I absolutely loved it. To be exact, I went to the franchise located in Greenwich Village but there are multiple locations all throughout the city. This restaurant serves Northern-California style Mexican cuisine. For those who don't know what that is, it basically consists of tacos, bowls, burritos, and quesadillas. These options either come with grilled chicken, grilled pork, or grilled steak based on your preference. After, you choose your other sides like rice, beans, and vegetables. When I went, I got a quesadilla (top) with carne asada (grilled steak). I also added other things like yellow rice, beans, tomatoes, corn, lettuce, and guacamole (my favorite!) It was delicious and I would visit again!
Thanks for reading! Love, Chris Xx

One of my favorite places to visit has to be hands down-- cafes. Just something about the relaxing vibe of everyone either studying or catching up with their friends while enjoying a cup of coffee really draws me in. I love experiencing the different aesthetics of each café and trying out its signature menu.
Recently, my friends and I went to a café called "Sweet Moment" near Little Italy in NYC. The little café was decorated with lights and little cacti which made the whole space very welcoming. As for the study environment, however, it was too noisy to get any actual studying done in my opinion. This café is more for talking with your friends and getting some nice Instagram pictures on the way. As for the food and drinks, many options were available. The café offers multiple pastries to choose from, shaved ice with a wide variety of flavors, and drinks that have patterns on them. I got the matcha coffee latte which comes with a really cute design of a bear. Not going to lie, part of the reason I got this was because of the design! And if you are not into coffee, you could get the same drink but with milk tea instead. They also offer waffles that come with either fruit, avocado, matcha, Nutella, or ice cream. Cold drinks, banana pudding, cakes, and tea are available here as well. This café definitely falls under my "Places to go" list because it offers many food and drink options. So, if you are ever near Little Italy, thinking about where to visit, I would recommend you to visit here. Until my next post, Love, Chris Xx |
